VIP 3 Terms and Conditions – Full Bangla Version

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between vip 3 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to the vip3.click website and all associated services.

VIP 3 operates an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. We believe in transparency and fairness, which is why our terms and conditions are written entirely in Bangla so every member can understand them with ease.

1 General Terms & Conditions

The following general conditions must be followed when using the VIP 3 platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh or a citizen of a country where online betting is permitted.
• Each person may register only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• You are betting on your own behalf and with your own funds — not on behalf of any third party.
• Any attempt to abuse platform features will result in immediate account suspension.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with VIP 3, the following information must be provided accurately:

• Full name (as per national ID)
• Active mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred Payment Method

All information provided at registration must be accurate. Submitting incorrect details may cause issues during account verification and could result in account closure.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, VIP 3 may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold until this process is completed.

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is your responsibility. VIP 3 is not liable for any unauthorised transactions on your account unless it is proven to have resulted from a fault in our system.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when betting on vip 3:

• Minimum bet amount: Minimum ৳50 per bet.
• Maximum bet limit: May vary by market; details will be listed on the specific match page.
• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during in-play betting. The odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are final.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Technical Issues: If a bet is left incomplete due to server or network issues, VIP 3 will investigate and communicate a decision.

Vip 3 reserves the right to detect unusual betting patterns from any market and may place payments on hold pending the completion of an investigation.

4 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Vip 3 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Bkash
• Nagad
• Rocket

Deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If there is a delay due to banking issues, it will be resolved within 1 hour at most.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. For verified accounts, processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 2 hours. In exceptional circumstances, it may take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same number used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• For suspicious transactions, VIP 3 may request additional verification.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on VIP 3:

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable on the first deposit. Cannot be claimed more than once.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus amounts generally require a 5x to 10x turnover. Terms stated on the specific bonus page apply.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Abuse: If any evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip 3 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Attempting to steal or hack the account details of other members
• Involvement in match fixing or sports manipulation
• Registering or completing verification using false information

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Vip 3 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the member's own request (voluntarily or as part of responsible gaming)

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.

8 Limitation of Liability

VIP 3 is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses from betting — betting carries risk and every wager is placed entirely at your own responsibility.
• Missed betting opportunities due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• System outages from third-party payment providers.
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Vip 3 treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. The data we collect is used solely for providing services, verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.

We never sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may be required to share it with relevant authorities when legally obligated.

10 Right to Amend Terms

Vip 3 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the platform.
• You will be notified via your registered email or mobile number.
• The updated terms take effect from the date the changes are made.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account.
